What is a short term furnished apartments?
There is a slight difference between a general rental apartments and short term monthly rent.

What is a furnished sharehouse?
Tenants are to use one house and own one room with own keys.
Kitchen, bathroom, toilet are to be shared with the tenants.
Cleanning is to be done between the tenants.
What is a social apartment?
Our social apartment is slightly larger with 39 rooms.
We have two male floors and one female floor.
Each room are equipped with bed, TV, Refregerator, Light, with individual key on the door.
Wide fully equipped kitchen and wide rounge, with isorated smoking room is available.
Why can I save money?
By staying in our short term furnished monthly apartment or sharehouse, you do not pay for a big innitial cost.
If you are staying in a general contract apartment for JPY50,000 per month, your initial cost would be JPY200,000 to JPY300,000. including
deposit, key money, realtor fee, insurance.
If you are staying in one of our furnished short term monthly apartment, your initial cost would be somewhere around JPY100,000 including refundable safety deposit.
Can an international student stay?
International students are welcome to stay.
